Defining the specifications for a project upfront is important. It may seem obvious, but for many, it isn't. Our proprietary process provides an easy and organized way for our customers to transfer their unique information and preferences to us... easily - even when some are not sure what they want.
For example, we might ask you to put a list of shapes such as a circle, square, triangle in the order you like best. This seems simple, but it tells us a lot about your likes and dislikes.
Comps, Drafts, Proofs, Plans, Mockups
Depending on services you order, you may receive comps, drafts, proofs, plans or mockups to approve during the production process. You have unlimited opportunities to request changes. Custom projects with long development timeframes have milestones.
Pricing Policy
We price services fairly and competitively. We do not overbill for services rendered. Our intention is to earn a living sharing expertise and performing requested tasks in return for reasonable compensation. Although some service providers low ball their fees and deliver shoddy services... our fees are honest and reflect the level of quality our customers want.
The Help Desk
The Help Desk provides an organized and efficient method of responding to inquiries, requests and email communications.It became increasingly complicated to keep track of daily email messages using the regular email system. This caused numerous issues including missed emails, especially with the growing problem created by spammers, counter-filters and spamblockers.
We installed Help Desk to provide better service for you. We are a personalized support team, and do not utilize an offsite support service that provides a canned response to inquiries. Response to your inquiries comes directly from me, Alexandria as your project manager, or from Dan, the creative director, or partners and other experts on our team.
