Comps, Drafts, Proofs, Plans, MockupsDepending on services you order, you may receive comps, drafts, proofs, plans or mockups to approve during the production process. You have unlimited opportunities to request changes. Custom projects with long development timeframes have milestones.
The HelpDesk (spelled as one word on purpose) was installed to provide an organized and efficient method of responding to inquiries, requests and email communications.It became increasingly complicated to keep track of daily email messages using the regular email system. This caused numerous issues including missed emails, especially with the growing problem created by spammers, counter-filters and spamblockers.
We installed HelpDesk to provide better service for you. We are a personalized support team, and do not utilize an offsite support service that provides a canned response to inquiries. Response to your inquiries comes directly from me, Alexandria as your project manager, or from Dan, the creative director, or partners and experts we call on from time to time to cover for us.
