We understand that your web, graphic design and writing services are very important to you. You've chosen DM Creative because you trust us, but you would still like some sort of reassurance. We understand that, which is why we put together a set of guarantees and processes other web businesses wouldn't even dream of. Our guarantee is based on our terms and conditions and the input you provide - and assumes you have a connection to the Internet, an up-to-date browser and are familiar with the workings of the Web.

Work To Be Done Confirmation:
You provide a request describing the work to be performed in the estimate stage. You receive an estimate or proposal to confirm your specifications. Once you approve the estimate, it is considered an order for work to be done. Each work order consists of a description and estimate. All services are provided by the hour as outlined in our terms and conditions (also see link at bottom of our home page).

Copy Revisions:
You have an opportunity for unlimited revisions for errors and corrections that we may have made that do not meet your original specifications.

Design Revisions:
Design is based on your approved copy or specifications. Minor design revisions, errors and corrections may not be billed. A change in direction or design modification is billable.

Support Knowledge Base:
You have access to our online support knowledge base where we post self-help tips and information about products and services you order, including user manuals.

Conditional Moneyback Guarantee:
Due to our irrecoverable time investment in services provided, every assignment includes a moneyback guarantee less a cancellation fee that is intended to fairly cover our time, labor and expenses/costs pursuant to our terms and conditions. Under no circumstance is a refund made on accounts that have been in default.To ensure customer protection, our company provides a 30-day moneyback guarantee for our products and services based on the following conditions:

Each client has the right to one moneyback pursuant to our terms and conditions and moneyback policies. No repeated moneybacks are available. No moneyback for related offers, special requests, customization orders, additional or alternate licenses. A delayed payment not processed before order is cancelled is considered a moneyback. A payment made for an order that is later cancelled whether a partial refund is made or not - is considered a moneyback.

Moneyback for HTML websites:
If you request your moneyback before our designer or developer has started work on the project then the full amount is refunded less $250. If you request your moneyback after our designer or developer has started to work on the project, the amount refunded is determined by the time already invested in the progress of the project vs the time remaining pursuant to the total investment.

Moneyback for licensed products:
We offer your moneyback within 30 days after the purchase of any licensed product as long as it has not yet been installed. No moneyback is available after 30 days; however, you can cancel renewable fees anytime.

We warrant that the software substantially operates as described in the applicable program license documentation (not the User Manual as this is substantially a how-to reference and may cover features and functions not included with each and every product level available) for one year after installation. Refer to use license and our tems and conditions for details. (Technical support is not included, except as outlined in support services.)

Moneyback for special offers:
Special offers that we make available from time to time are not refundable as they reflect a discount. Partial refunds for special offers are also not offered.

Marketing services:
There are no moneyback offers for marketing services. However, due to special circumstances, at our discretion, we may elect to approve early cancellation of initial ordered or agreed term.

Cancellation Fee:
If for any reason an order is cancelled before completion, client is entitled to ask for a refund less the cancellation fee, which is equal to the initial deposit payment, plus the fees that cover labor and expenses provided by company on behalf of client to date. The minimum cancellation fee is $250 per approved project ordered.

Typos, Errors and Corrections:
As with any business, from time to time, we may mistype a statement or make an error in the text of content. We reserve the right to correct typos, errors and descriptions as is needed to report accurate information to our clients. Typos, errors and corrections do not consitute cause for a moneyback.
