We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept payment through PayPal. A business check or money order drawn on US bank and mailed is also accepted, but delays the project for a few days until the funds are received and clear the bank. |

Our professional services for custom web design, ecommerce, programming, logo design and brochures are pre-priced or estimated per defined specifications. Our hourly rates are based on the knowledge and skill set needed for the project. As a result you have professional expertise that suits the project without paying for more than is needed. Websites that we design are installed on a remote server connected to the Internet. We offer hosting. Software and ebooks are offered through digital download or email. Final artwork and/or web services are delivered via digital download in a zip file. In sme cases, files are burned to a CD and ships UPS Ground in US (There is a surcharge of $30 for this service). We do not charge tax on shipping, and we do not have a hidden handling fee. We are committed to provide products and services in a way that is comfortable and convenient for our clients. |

Custom web design generally takes 7 - 15 days for HTML after initial input and comps are approved, and possibly 45 days for database-driven sites. Timeframes always depend on the time used by the client to approve mockups and any revisions requested. Server setup for our world-class business web hosting is setup within 1 business day. We are happy to change dns with your registrar upon request. Our software is delivered within 1-24 hours. Installation services for software typically begins within one business day. Copywriting and graphic design for sales letters, logos and brochures are usually from 1 day to 7 days. We understand that when you purchase products and services, you are ready to receive them in the fastest timeframe possible. Our business is setup to deliver, install and design at the speed of light to deliver on our promises quickly without unnecessary delays. |

We do not add sales tax to billings for services, such as copywriting or search engine marketing. Tangible goods that we offer incur 8.25% sales tax only when shipping to Texas destinations. We do not have any handling fees. |

Our custom web design services include a satisfaction guarantee with a 10-day check and test approval process. If you are not satisfied with the design and if we cannot cure it within 10 days to your 100% satisfaction, you can cancel the project and get your money back with our apologies.
