Your custom designed contact form includes your required fields, a custom error page with a navigation link back to the form or your home page, and a redirect page with custom links that appears after the form is submitted. So you really get three pages in one! Service includes installation of a cgi script that provides form interactivity and modification of your CSS style sheet as necessary. We set permissions, design fields and integrate applicable hidden fields as needed. Contact form can be installed on an existing web page or new page as needed.
