Most of our services are provided by the hour. Those items offered in our online store for a fee include pre-defined specifications and a set number of production hours. We provide highly-skilled services, and what appears to be a fixed fee for pre-priced services, is in reality based on our long experience. We pretty much know about how long a particular project or solution takes.
In an effort to provide our clients with budgeting consideration, we offer many products and services in our online store governed by these pre-determined specifications.
We also offer estimates and estimate ranges with a plus or minus calculation of actual time consumed.
Product development and services provided are based on our experience in allocating the time it takes to complete the task referenced. For 95% of clients, development proceeds and is completed in the time allotted. For 5%, due primarily to client requests, the time allocated is exhausted, and additional time must be purchased.
Understandably, we cannot work without end for one set fee. Although, we do strive to provide everything the client needs or requests without additional cost, when possible.
Our hourly rates are based on the knowledge and skill set needed for the project. As a result you have professional expertise that suits the project without paying for more than is needed.
