After you place your order, we need your input to get your project moving, and we have a process that has worked well for hundreds of clients. Here is your order process:
1. Statement of Work
2. Client Questionnaire
3. Your Images
4. Your Production Schedule
5. Check & Test Procedure
Here is a brief description of the five topics:
1. Statement of Work. This email outlines the work to be done and how to avoid extra charges. If you placed your order using the online store/shopping cart, the statement of work is defined in the description. If not, it is included with your questionnaire. For large projects, you may receive a Word.doc which itemizes the work to be done and terms. Clients with open accounts generally define ongoing work to be done in an email.
2. Client Questionnaire. This is a set of questions. We develop a solution for your project based on the input your submit in this questionnaire.
3. Your Images. This email explains how you submit your images and other files you may want to send to us to support your project as applicable. Please review so you know how the process integrates with our systems.
4. Your Production Schedule. This outlines how your project is scheduled and when you receive relative milestones for proofs or comps as well as final completion.
5. Check and Test Procedure. This procedure provides you with an opportunity to correct errors after your project is complete. Please review the procedures so you know what to expect on presentation of the Good News that your project is ready for you to review. |
