About Your Production Schedule
When we received your order, your project was tentatively scheduled so your production time was saved on our work calendar. We use an average timeframe to establish this date, which ranges from 3 to 10 business days.
This is the typical amount of time clients use to fill out the questionnaire and submit their information and images.
Once we receive all your input, images and research materials that you want to submit, we move your project to work ready.
If a client takes longer than we initially estimated, the project is removed from the tentative schedule, and scheduled as work ready only after we receive all information and as time permits based on previous orders submitted before your project.
We work for you. And therefore, we wait for you to provide input when it's convenient for you. We in no way want to rush you through this part of the process.
We do ask, however, that you maintain a reasonable response time as your project is not scheduled until we receive all your input including any client-supplied materials.
Once we have all the materials requested, we schedule the project and any applicable benchmarks.
You receive the schedule.
When you order your project, we generally ask when you need the project completed. We schedule the project to complete on the date you request, if possible. Otherwise, a general schedule is:
Small copy projects: 1-3 business days
Large copy projects: up to 30 business days
Small websites: 1-3 business days
Large websites: 7-30 business days
Marketing projects are generally ongoing
