How to Send Files
To submit image files to our design and development team, login to the HelpDesk:
Attach each image using this HelpDesk open ticket system. Identify what the image file is with a brief statement in the body of your message. State what web page it should be used on.

If you have many images or product pictures, you can save them to a CD and send with your client-supplied materials.
You could also zip the file if you have the 'zip utility' on your computer, or just attach them one at a time.
If all else fails, you can use YouSendIt.com to submit images for your project.
Keep in mind that if you ordered an ecommerce shop, you have an admin zone to upload images directly to your website. If you are only planning to display images, such as for artwork (not for sale), consider a Gallery web enhancement so you can manage your images using a content management system. Please inquire about this for more information.
Notes:
Only a few issues have cropped up causing an upload problem and they mostly concern browsers and the size of your image.
