Scope of Project:
A. The project is developed pursuant to the specifications in the online store, an estimate or email order where you requested the work to be done. Your input in the Client Questionnaire is a vital part of the project.
B. We generally provide services by the hour and a number of hours are included with your project. We do our best to not exceed the timeframe. However, depending on client requests and extra time needed for unknown factors, additional time is billable once the estimated time has been exhausted. We also provide projects on a flat fee. Flat fee projects never have extra charges unless additional services are added to the project in writing.
C. Examples that Cause Extra Time:

2. submitting vague or referenced information
3. shortcuts that cause us to have to guess client intention
4. not answering all our questions
5. not submitting requested materials
6. not submitting images timely
7. not submitting images in proper format
8. sending pdfs instead of jpg image
9. not following the process when submitting text
10. submitting text in Word.doc that has been formatted
11. faxing information
12. entering statement such as 'see this or that'
13. asking us to go to website and download text or images
14. asking us to use stock photos not part of the order
15. requesting features not part part of the order
16. requesting customization not part of the order
17. submitting ambiguous input or direction
18. rushing the process
19. requesting change in colors after development
20. requesting change in layout after launch
21. bringing new person into project
22. submitting different input from questionnaire
