How you maintain Key Account status or advance to the next level
Once you have attained Key Account status, you retain your level. As a Key Account moving up to the next level, you utliize the online system once again when you have the requisite number of points in your account.
* Qualifications:
1. Points accrue with your online order of $30 or more, and there is a maximum of $2500 per transaction
2. You must login to the HelpDesk and open a ticket to notify us when you qualify for the extra bonus points so there is a dated record of your notification (upon verification, we add the applicable points to your account)
3. Redeem bonus points to upgrade account status on point per point value
4. Redeem bonus points on services at the rate of 10 cents per point, which is equal to a 10 percent discount
5. You must maintain your account in good standing and place orders yourself
6. You do not earn bonus points on invoices we manually create and send you
7. Authentic subscriber means a legitimate business with a real domain email (not a free email address such as hotmail, gmail or yahoo mail and new subscriber cannot be a duplicate IP address of an existing subscriber)
8. Free website is a new site on a new domain and is only valid with our business hosting program
9. Business hosting renewable at the annual published rate
10. You must login to the HelpDesk and open to ticket to notify us when you qualify so there is a dated record of your notification.
